1. Use of Service
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Official WhatsApp Business API integration provided by mPocket to send spam, illicit content, or unsolicited messages that violate Meta's commerce and messaging policies.
2. Account Registration & Compliance
To access the WhatsApp Business API, you must provide a valid Facebook Business Manager account and pass Meta's business verification. mPocket will assist in the onboarding process, but final approval is strictly determined by Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Service Limitations
mPocket guarantees a 99.9% uptime for API message routing. However, message delivery is ultimately subject to end-user network connectivity and WhatsApp server status. We are not liable for delays caused by Meta infrastructure outages.
